COSEE New England
Project scope: web design & development
The Blue Ocean worked with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) to develop a website for COSEE New England, a network of multi-institution partnerships that facilitate collaboration between ocean science researchers and educators. Funded by the National Science Foundation, COSEE New England is represented by WHOI, the New England Aquarium, and the University of Massachusetts system.
COSEE New England needed an intuitive website where busy scientists could easily access the tools that would help them in their education and outreach activities. Using clean, minimal design and photography evocative of the sea itself, The Blue Ocean created a platform for COSEE to showcase their seminars and workshops in a clear and engaging way.
